A supper before .....

..... the Opera!
We went see the production of Agrippina , my friend and I thought it was lovely , beautiful music by Handel , set in Rome in the modern day. Sir David McVicar had produced a comical Opera with great care of the drama side too . Brilliant singing performed in everyday costumes.
I hadn't seen C since Christmas , she went to a wedding in Australia then on to New Zealand to see her daughter. We didn't stop chatting with lots to catch up on.
The weather surprised me today I really thought we'd have strong winds , heavy rain and it would be very cold. The temperature tho ' not great was pleasant for 1st March.
