Old medical bag and instruments

This dusty old doctor's bag belonged to my uncle who would have used it from the 1940s onwards - he became an ophthalmologist, so I'm not sure if he would have used the dissection instruments then or, more likely, at medical school.
As I have a medical slant, it came to me, so I think I shall keep it and hand it on to the next generation.
