Yoga and a shiatsu massage this morning.
AC is in her final year of training and needs a “case study” so I agreed to be that.

My cough is horrendous again today. My headache is accompanying it.

I slept most of the afternoon. When I woke the sun had appeared and this light hit the wall, reflecting off various glass objects.

I have to do my yearly fitness test for work tomorrow. Please let my cough behave.
