Shell

Seem to have either pulled a muscle or trapped a nerve in my back, somewhere between the shoulder blades, quite painful, who knew you do so much/move so much with your back muscles, so today I can't bend at all. Simple shots were the only thing I could do. Shell positioned upright on top of a vase, so I could get close-up sitting.
