My kitchen smells of Christmas Eve!

I had extra bacon and extra mushrooms to use up, so to that add fresh bread crumbs, herbs eggs, and maybe a few secret bits and here I am 4 small ‘2 portions of stuffing’ ready to freeze, for when nothing else will do to lift up a Roast Chicken meal. But so we don’t feel deprived I still have bacon and mushrooms for our tea, now you all know what my wizzy chair is, as I blipped it on 17th February so you can imagine me wizzing about on that this afternoon.
My foot is on the mend, but the inside is like I imagine the inside of a chicken breast when it’s been cut open and hacked about a bit to get stuffing into it, it’s still sore inside, but I’m continuing to walk about at home, just not all the time ;0)
