Safety first…

Hi Everyone,

Today my new crash hat arrived… this is specifically for when I ride my mountain bike off road… It has the wonderful (so the marketing people say) MIPS system that is supposed to help stop concussion should you crash.

The official guidelines on crash hats (Sorry) Safety helmets is that they should be replaced every 4 years… I need to update the one I use on the track as it’s 15 years old (naughty boy).
