(Temporary) hen house

Our hens, Beryl and Matilda find their snowbound garden deeply disturbing. Strangely though, it hasn't put Matilda off laying. Unfortunately, her lack of foraging, combined with egg laying has left her short of calcium, and consequently lame. On the positive side, I now have an entirely valid excuse to invite the girls into our house; the sitting room is their hen run by day, and the utility room their overnight roost. This is just a temporary measure. Really, it is... just until the snow melts, and Matilda's strength returns.
