Chiang Mai is still so quiet.  It seems strange not seeing tourists in the normally vibrant areas. 

People who have traveled to any virus effected areas are being asked to self quarantine.  One man who had been to Japan didn't comply and even took his son to school.  The school was very quickly closed for deep cleaning.  The man and his son are both fine. It really is very worrying.
