Ouch!!

That had to have hurt! This gigantic egg is a duck egg and it was double yolked! The tattered book you see on the table contains my grandmothers hand written recipes. I made her chocolate pound cake tonight with the duck eggs. It made 2 cakes! I have included extras of the double yolk and the cakes. I will probably freeze one of the cakes.
