FlowerFriday28_2020 Cheerful

The flowers are cheerful unlike the weather, which was another day of dark grey skies and non stop rain.  Even the birds visiting our garden looked rather miserable and bedraggled. Apparently the UK and Ireland have Storm Jorge to look forward to tomorrow, the third storm in not many more weekends.
Good news is that J, our decorator has finished our living room: now we just need to get the new furniture, carpet and curtains in and normality will be restored.  The drive is also now complete and the good news for Peggy Sue is that that will be no more strange men encroaching on her territory -  well not for a while, anyway.
Violet popped in very briefly with her mummy, no time for photos so no alternative flower this week.
