No Frills

Telling it as it is - I’m camping day and night on my sofa and these are books and retreat notes which are being dipped into as and when. 
The after-effects of the virus continue in the form of relentless coughing and very disturbed sleep.  And now there is bronchitis in the mix so antibiotics have been started.  The silver lining being that it’s bacterial so can be treated and things viral cannot. 
This is by way of explaining my absence and to thank you for your kind comments and stars on my previous blip.  I maybe absent for a while, but will be following your journals when I can.
