Old Tolbooth Wynd
Well on my way home and I quickly stopped on The Royal Mile to grab a shot of The Old Tollboth Wynd in Edinburgh built in 1591 it was The Council Chambers of The Old Burgh Council Of The Canongate, a Police Court and Latterly a Prison back in the day with The Tollbooth Tavern and Peoples Museum there as well and the view down the Close looking towards Calton Road and taking this shot with no one around you could say it looks like "The Phantom Tollbooth" 1970, and I thought it looked kinda neat with just a hint of colour through the Wynd and the rest in Mono so this is my blip for the day and you can just imagine back in those days all the house wifes congregating in the close for a bit of meaningless chattering (Flibbertigibbet) as they say in Yorkshire lol
