Hot and Windy

I had a Acupuncture appointment this morning and a Orthopedic appointment early in the afternoon to get my MRI and X-ray results. So decided to look around the shops. I did mange to get a couple of things that were on sale. Before my next appointment I had some lunch at the mall.

My results were not too bad. I do have bad Arthritis on the side of my knee which is causing my knee to bend inwards. It can't be covered by ACC which I knew it wouldn't be, and because I don't have a lot of pain the public system wouldn't do anything yet. The Specialist is going to keep an eye on my knee and I will see him again in six months. If things get worse I am to see him earlier.

John had some bad new today... a couple of weeks ago he had a mole removed from his back and it has come back positive for Melanoma. He has to go and see a Plastic Surgeon. Hopefully they have got it in time.

It has been a hot day at times. Reached 33c at one stage when the sun came out.. but luckily that was for a short time. Most of the afternoon it was around 30c.

Being so windy I couldn't get a good shot of any flowers.. so here is another view from our garden.
