Location, location, location

To be honest, Dana wasn't really thinking about the patio season when he opened his restaurant. 

But, now you mention it, I can see how a couple of tables just in front of the door would increase the ambiance of the place, give it a certain je ne sais quoi. 

A few romantic tables, with flowers in vases, something to bring in the punters on those warm spring nights for which Ottawa is rightly renowned.

There is plenty of parking too - just pull up alongside and use one of the extra Bank Street lanes. No worries.

And even  if the prices have to go up a dollar or two, there is a convenient place next door that can slip you a few bucks to have the extra glass of Blue Nun. 

No, all in all, Dana now thinks it is an excellent idea. Work starts on Monday.
