Now You See It

It snowed heavily for most of the morning but didn’t settle and by lunch time it was all gone. Very disappointing.
Work was better today and it felt like we got a lot done. At the moment, we fill every minute of the day in an effort to squeeze in every subject of a packed curriculum, plus we are supposed to do ‘The Daily Mile’, Show and Tell, Challenge Time, Phonics, Library Time, hear every child read individually once a week and do 2 sessions of yoga on top of 2 hours of PE recommended by the government. At staff meeting tonight we were told we also have to do 30 minutes of Whole Class Guided Reading every day. We’re gonna need a longer day!!
