Emily mid hump on my ankles. It's become bit of an after dinner routine.

KarenC invited me to take advantage of a guest pass at her gym. I was happy to do so as it's nicer than my local pool. We met up for a swim, steam room and jacuzzi. I was flattered to get a "where were you this morning" text from one of my swimming coffee buddies who doesn't usually go on Thursday.

We made a quick stop at Asda before having a leisurely lunch at the White Cliffs. The sea was surprisingly calm despite the high winds leaving me blipless!
