Here she is performing at Porters in Hastings Old Town. She said she's been singing there for 31 years. Not bad for somebody who's earned national and international recognition. Porters is a wonderfully intimate and friendly venue. Just right for Liane's brand of blues and jazz, with a nice helping of witty chat. The extra shows another singer with Liane. This is Jane, daughter of Spike Milligan. She sang a beautiful refrain to mark exactly 18 years since the great man's passing. 18 years! It seems scarcely credible.
