Making Cycling Safer!

My local cycling group (COGS) and a local organisation involved with getting more people out of their cars (SALTMO) had funded and even undertaken much of the work themselves in making this exit from a petrol station safer for cyclists, along a cycle-track. It had been a bit of black spot, with motorists zooming out without checking for cyclists, who had the right of way crossing their path.

This was my last promotional shot, that still gets used in the local brochures. You just know when you have the pic in the bag and we all liked the rather humorous composition and energy about it.
