Ernie, the fastest Milk cart in the west

When we lived in Twickenham, teddington was very near to us and I always thought of  Benny Hill’s Ernie whenever we went.

For some reason this morning when I noticed all three milk bottles were ‘decorated’ I thought of the song again.

There are bottles  from Stafford,  Wales and Southport...all delivered from Bingley.
