Wednesday

After my CPN appointment and Mindfulness I went for a coffee and a wander. Found  a new (to me) park which was lovely on a bright sunny day. Will go back to venture more as I didn't have time. 

My CPN's answer to everything today was 'you'll just have to suck it up and see'. 

Work meeting tomorrow...eek.
