A wander round Old Granada

We were collected by Mr PHL’s friends late morning and taken into the old quarter of Granada - had a fabulous wander round lots of lovely little streets including a mini souk.

Headed up to the outside of the Alhambra and had a drink and some tapas before wandering back towards the cathedral for a lovely menu del dia - 3 courses including wine and bread for €13.50 each.

Another little wander to find a sunny square for coffee and they had to head off - we visited a couple of art shops and wandered down some lovely streets before getting the bus back.

Main blip is of the ancient graffiti on the Cathederal walls - apparently it was the fashion to write on the walls when you graduated back all those centuries ago!
