Mooring anyone?

A trip over to Barrow upon Soar this afternoon to show a colleague the way to the local station and we spotted this. I had heard that a couple of weeks ago that Barrow Road/Bridge Street was shut during the worst of the flooding, which is unusual as the flood protection put in quite a few years ago is effective. This dramatically shows the power of the water a week last Monday. Hope no one was on board!
