Sleepy bears

Nothing exciting to report today. Work this morning and a lovely dog walk this afternoon.

I went to my weigh in and aerobics class tonight. Gained 3 pounds :- (

That's holidays for you!! Can't expect to eat like a horse on a skiing holiday and not gain some weight.

Didn't get a chance to take any photos today but when my two furry friends came and joined me on the sofa (Cassie on the left, Poppy on the right) I had to take a photo. You can't beat a cuddle with the furry faces at the end of the day.
