Pancake Day

Honestly, we have never participated in pancake day. I knew nothing about it until several years ago when a fellow blipper’s (windychickens) oldest daughter told me about it. I actually remembered it this year and decided that since this is oldest’s last opportunity to celebrate it in England we would go out in style. Oldest and I had cinnamon pancakes with fried apples (oldest had squirty cream) and youngest had chocolate chip pancakes with Nutella. Why are we just now doing this? Yum!
