A ray of sunshine

The planned bus pass walk was changed today in view of the forecast of more snow, a walk round the Goit stock circuit was the revised route.  This was  fortunate for us because we were off out for lunch with friends to celebrate a birthday and wouldn’t have managed to fit in a bus related walk as well.  We finished the walk with refreshments at our house before we headed out for lunch.
The weather wasn’t nearly as bad as forecast although it’s trying to snow again tonight.
This pretty waterfall is normally just a trickle!
