A fair-trade present for Steve from Bottcherstrasse in Bremen.

I didn't go to work today, because the school is jumpy about my flu. I tried to stay up all day but did not succeed. I felt weak and shaky before before lunchtime. I did go out to my WEA class, but could not concentrate in the second half. I'd only read 23 pages of the book, maybe that was something to do with it.

Got home. S was asleep. I was intending to stay up all evening , but felt tired after a few chores and went to bed to watch Pointless. Started falling asleep...

Anyway, I was able to cook two separate suppers for Steve and I, and I'm still up at 9.40 pm, so not doing badly, all told.
