In between the Winter rain...

...and sleet showers, on my way home from the library this morning. Snow forecast for tonight.

Followed the RSPB’s guidelines to rescue a Starling that had crashed into the window at lunchtime, but after four hours it was still struggling so had to take it to the vet to end its suffering... :(
