Alhambra

Its been over 20 years since we last visited the magnificent Alhambra Palace in Granada. It's just as majestical I remembered it, perhaps it even made a bigger impression this time as it was both a pleasant 22*C and we didn't have bored kids to drag around. It has to be up there with the greatest buildings in the world, 13th century design fir for the Islamic king. The tiles would grace any modern house.
AA variety of pics in blip show varies parts of the palace and gardens but the most memorable will be the palm tree and the snowy peaks of the Sierra Nevada.
