Pure Knead

My lush friend, Cori, who lives in Newcastle, came up for the weekend. We had a wander on the high street and lunch in the Crown, but the real treat was at tea time when we got stuck into the amazing bread Cori had brought from the bakery she works for. It's in Whitley Bay and it's called Pure Knead and, based on these loaves, I would recommend it if you're down that way!
