Double pancakes.
Pancakes for lunch and tea.
For lunch we had the traditional pancakes with lemon and lemon.
For tea I tried a new recipe. One I cut out of a magazine many years ago.
A Raymond Blanc recipe for Crepes Franc Comtoise.
He describes it as “ Simple, unashamedly rich, and delicious.” I would certainly agree with him.
Crepes filled with mushrooms, and ham in a bechamel sauce. Covered in double cream, and sprinkled with Gruyere cheese and baked in the oven.
