Where’s the steps?

If all the promises we’ve been given today had been kept we would be in our hotel by now.
1 ‘Airborne in ten minutes’ actually 30
2 ‘ Flight time 4hrs and 5 mins’ actually 4hrs 20mins
3 ‘ We will be disembarking shortly’ that was 30 mins ago.
Fairly well p*ss*d off. This messing about will cost us a hundred euros - if there are any taxis of course.
