Fun Running

Tonight was the last of our 5k series with a great turnout of runners and a few walkers covering either 5k or 3k. The start looked like a pack run which was quite impressive, then runners started to put the pace on. I ran 9.22k after work with 3 of those ks at sub 5.50 pace not sure where I went mad but that is showing some good improvement, overall I had 6.18 average pace including a walk warm up and warm down.
