closing the door to Russia

The Bosporus is a important seaway between Mediterranean and Blacksea. Therefore, the any conflict with Russia may close this door to Russia. However, we bought S400, we buy gas from Russia. The all the military action happens with their permission in Syria. I think this way will stay open to Russians.
