Looking Down

This was taken from the third floor of the clinic looking down the staircase.  We always take the stairs so I had noticed this potential blip several times when PD was seeing his doctor.  I thought today would be a good day for it so I went over to get this shot.  I felt a little guilty taking a parking space because it was so crowded but I didn't stay long.  Many thanks to 60plus for hosting MonoMondays this month!

I am grateful that I got myself to water aerobics this morning even though I didn't feel like it.  It was great, as always, once I got there and sitting in the sauna afterwards is like a reward.  We (my friend Karen and I) did 20 minutes today.  We're working up to 30. :-)
