Winter
The first proper snow this winter, but it lasted barely half a day!
It was snowing, and laying, when we woke up, and despite last night's declared intention to be "in the workshop for 9o'clock", MrM wanted to get out in it. So we walked up to the Common. Still snowing as we set out, but the snow had turned to drizzly rain before we headed back.
By the time we'd walked there, been round the path and to Cyril's hide, stopped for a short while to watch a red squirrel at one of the feeders, had a brief snowball fight (yes, really!), and walked back a slightly-longer-than-usual way, it was lunch time.
Back to normality this afternoon - two loads of washing, an on-line supermarket order, and some paperwork...
