Off to Granada

Woke to another beautiful blue sky and got ourselves organised to head off to Granada- just a 3 hour drive.
Found a lovely little roadside restaurant for lunch - the waitress was so nice and helpful, very understanding of our poor Spanish! Delicious steak for me, washed down with a very nice glass of local red wine. I asked if they sold it and yes - 2 bottles for 9 euros seemed a bargain.

Back to the van for the last 50-60 miles. Quick pitstop at the supermarket and we arrived on site - around 30km from the mountains where you can ski - plenty snow on the top - the site is small but perfectly formed.

Off to the Alhambra tomorrow.
