Nebs

I was diagnosed with asthma when I was 11 so have had it for the majority of my 40-odd years now. Up until recently I’ve always led my life trying not to ‘overthink’ my asthma and not letting it rule my life. Then just over a week ago I had what was the worst asthma attack of my life so far, followed by another severe-but-not-as-severe one tonight. In the past I’ve always bounced back from being admitted to hospital with a bad attack, usually within a day or two, but this time I’ve been knocked for six and it’s scared the hell out of me. I know it will improve, but at the moment that feels like a bit of a way off.
