A Walk by Lake Hawea

What a beautiful day.  We parked at Johns Creek, and walked along the cliff tops to the Hawea Township, and returned on the same track.  15,000 steps, or 10 k.  The extra photo is of the stones in the lake.

When we got back we had a cuppa at a local cafe, where we met up with 'Marchmont' from Edinburgh, and her friend.  The local blippers were Tussock Tales, Piano Lady, Spikes13 and myself.  It was great to meet a blipper from so far away.  Safe travels Marchmont.
