The Hut People

Not quite the relaxed start to the weekend we were hoping for, when MrM's pupils turned up 50 mins early! Hey ho! Quite a productive day - as well as tackling a few chores and doing some paperwork, I actually made a start on a long-term project I've been thinking about for some time.

Into Berwick early evening to meet Janet for a fish supper, before heading to Spittal for a concert by the Hut People, aka Sam Pirt and Gary Hammond. Sam plays accordion and Gary is a percussionist who owns and plays an amazing collection of instruments from around the world. Their music is fab, especially if you enjoy dancing to something lively!
