Buffalo Wings...?

Frank made this fab recipe tonight from the Bosh Vegan Cook Book. 
It look a bit complicated to me but he said it wasn't and he's the cook!
Anyway it was DELICIOUSLY YUMMY!
Cauliflower in spicy (not hot) breadcrumbs with a Ranch Sauce. :-b
