Day 1 Les2 alpes

A stressful start, late arrival, I was the only one travelling from Gatwick to the chalet, the others all came from Manchester, Glasgow and Newcastle, and Birmingham. There are 7 couples and me. I got lost trying to find the ski hire and it was chaos in the shop then more chaos finding ski school and blagging my way into getting on to a fully booked ski school level 4. Then they allowed me and we were 7 of us which was ok. Skies 19 miles and met a man at ski school to have lunch with and continue skiing in the afternoon and arrived at the village again at 5pm when the snow was very shushed.
