Sunny Sunday

Yes! It was sunny.. ok it was cold but not very windy. We took Fletch to one of his favourite places . The woods by the Abbey. He loves it there as we can let him off the lead . We didnt travel far but just took our time strolling . 
We walked up through the grounds of Abbey house.  The sun felt quite warm when we came out from under the trees so we took our time walking over the grass  while Fletch had fun racing about.

Our 'teatime'  walk was in daylight ! Finally! The crocii are sprouting up along the grass verges. A lovely  splash of colour.
I'm just hoping that this year they dont decide to cut the grass  before they stop flowering. Some bad organisation last year meant  they were all mowed down!

Weather forecast is looking bad tomorrow..  Snow forecast in a lot of places.. but will probably pass over us . It rarely settles by the coast.
