Flapping About

This Wood Pigeon, I watched for a few minutes flying back and forth between two trees. One of the trees was bare just branches and no leaves, but as you can see this other tree had quite a few leaves and a quite a lot of Ivy climbing up it.
I think, all this pigeon was trying to do was get comfortable in this tree with the Ivy but couldn't quite make it.
When I eventally walked away up the path all you could hear was the pigeon still trying.
