We've lived in this house for over 20 years and I think this is the first time I have looked out of the skylight window in the en suite. I needed to get a ladder in from the garage to climb high enough to look out. I was actually looking for the product reference number on the window frame. We think we ought to get it replaced if we are going to have the en suite done. I was impressed by the Velux website as you can enter the product number of your window and it will give a replacement cost. Not so impressed that despite the reference number being selectable it still said they couldn't find a suitable replacement product.
