Notes: Didn't sleep great again but a bit better. Felt kind of crappy all morning with stomachache and dull headache most of the day. Tried for a little nap in the morning. Went to the pool briefly in afternoon (pic of sun/clouds/rays) and then quiet rest of the day for last (5th) day of the fast-mimicking diet - thank god! Ate only a couple bites of soup for lunch and dinner and had to throw it out. Talked to Mic in afternoon.
