"Please can I eat now?"

I was so fed up with being indoors that I was delighted when Normous suggested we go for a Plough Thai. Although this sounds remarkably like a highly intoxicating Chinese spirit, it is in fact a small Thai restaurant behind The Plough pub in Leatherhead. The restaurant does have a name, but to us it is always The Plough Thai.

It is a simple restaurant - you don't have to go for the full banquet. We usually share a starter and then have a different main meal each. When the starter came it looked so good it just had to be blipped. I tried it with flash, then without and was just adjusting for a different alternative when there was a plaintive voice - "Please can I eat now?". So we did, and it was good.
