it's a "Boo .... " from Lou :). 

Woke up feeling as though I was coming down with a cold.  Heavy head and neck ache.  I don't normally take anything for headaches but I really wanted to go to Fitsteps so I took an Ibroprufen.  After dancing we stopped with our group and dance teacher at the pub.  Had a small glass of wine and some chips.  After the teacher left we carried on with our plans for her 60th birthday in a few weeks.  I didn't get home until 3pm and Lucy was already there so I had to forget having a bath and nice hot cup of tea!  She was her usual delightful self but she's a mile a minute and I was a little bit pleased when they left.  Dropped my husband at a train station for his evening out with his friends then bought an M & S sandwich and some wine from the BP garage.  I could fall asleep right now but will have to pick him up again at 11.
