Good news:
Without wanting to jinx myself, it would appear that Ruby the Incredible Non-Stop, Guiness-Book-Of-Records Barking Dog Next Door has vamoosed with her parents to a new neighbourhood. Hooray!

Bad news:
One of my current houseguests is decidedly unwell with a bout of something icky that they were clearly incubating when they arrived. Awful that they have to wallow in my non-air conditioned house in full summer heat feeling like something the cat regurgitated. T'ain't pretty.
