A day amongst deer

A whole day filled with photography, together with Peter.
Should be fun!

We left for the Veluwe at 6.00 am and started our first 4 km walk just after 8.00 am in the woods near Vaarssen. After that we went to National Park De Hoge Veluwe and started with coffee and apple pie.

In the afternoon and early evening we had several encounters with groups of male red deer. Fascinating animals! Makes one silent.

After a nice dinner we went home and arrived there safe and sound, but quite tired around 20.30 pm.
In total we walked 16 kilometers and biked (on the free white bikes) the same distance.
