prayers

today was a busy one. but fruitful.

lectures 9-6 with the odd gap in between filled with chats with friends and a meeting with my dissertation tutor who was really encouraging.

lectures were a mixture of interesting and boring.....introducing us to some of our new modules for final semester and trying to scare us to work (on our dissertations) by telling us how many days till the deadline!!

then i popped over the Globe to prepare the food for tonight....delicious peanut butter chicken and rice....try it! it was a fun evening cooking with a different team but banter was right there!

Then i went over to this beautiful church, where our CU had a prayer/worship evening, praying for the city, the CU's and students. it was a great way to end the day and a beautiful place to be.

i nearly missed my stop on the way home, too busy daydreaming.
its been snowing like ALL day so i had layers, walking boots on, waterproof coat on and an umberella and all my bags...bt i felt like an explorer trudging home!
